Reservations
We have 2 check in days per week - Monday and Friday. This means you can either check in on Monday for a 4 night week, or Friday for a 3 night weekend. (3 night stay minimum). Or we would love to welcome you for longer. Those in the know always stay for a week; there’s no place like Hir Kemmyns!
Oystercatcher - Super King Size Room, £150 per night
Cormorant - King Size Room, £140 per night
When booking we require a £100 deposit to secure the dates. The deposit is refundable as long as you cancel more than 35 days before you are due to check in. The balance is due 48 hours prior to check in.
Check in/ Check out – Check in is 4pm. Check out is 10am.
Parking – We have free off street parking for guests, 1 car per room.
Electric Cars – We have a 16 amp ECV overnight car charging point. £5 per overnight charge. Please bring your own charging lead.
Pets – Sorry no pets.
Smoking – Please note we are a no smoking, no vaping Bed and Breakfast (that includes on your patio and in the garden).
Families – We welcome babies/ toddlers in our larger room Oystercatcher. Maximum 2 adults and 1 small child. We can provide a travel cot plus high chair. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements. £20 per night supplement for a child.
Eating Out - St Mawes and the Roseland get quite busy in the peak summer season so we encourage guests to plan ahead for evening meals. Click here for our recommendations of great local eateries.
